Three young and impassioned friends came together with the aim of supporting entrepreneurs and individuals in the management of their businesses. They were all under 25 and motivated by their ambition to digitalise the world of trust companies because, in their view, this issue would be the future of the profession.
One of the building blocks of their business was to be on constant technological watch in their respective field. More and more projects were launched and customised technical solutions were provided to customers.

They were among the first companies to use cloud technology for their fiduciary activity, soon followed in the next few years by the implementation of online tools which were specific to their customers.

A new tax partner joined the initial trio to develop their 360° customer service. In September of the same year, the company DYN SA was created with its headquarters based in Lausanne.
DYN represents the dynamism of its teams and their desire to deliver high-quality work. The name was unanimously approved by the founders.
From its very inception, the company’s mission has been to support not only its customers but also its technological partners in their development.
The group had four employees by 2015.

Digitalisation led to expansion within the country’s borders, as the company opened its Geneva office. Its prime location in Cornavin means it can welcome customers in the heart of the city. The following year saw the opening of an office in Valais.
The group had five employees by 2017.

The business demonstrated its firm commitment to bringing out new service technologies by helping a large online accounting management company become established in French-speaking Switzerland. The trust company put forward its services and hosted webinars for its customers in order to promote this company’s services.
DYN welcomed the arrival of new employees. Young, dynamic and multilingual, the team was built on values of sharing, environmental awareness and excellence through education and training.
The group had eight employees by 2018.

10 years after it was founded, DYN began to find its offices on Rue de la Gare in Lausanne rather cramped. The move to Rue de la Grotte was a symbolic turning point, with the new premises offering over two times more working space. Less than a year later, the need for space was keenly felt and DYN doubled its working space once with the acquisition of another floor in the same building.
The group had 13 employees by 2019.

A strategic partnership was created with the arrival of group Immosynergies to DYN’s capital. This partnership opened up strong growth opportunities in the Geneva region.
The group had 19 employees by 2020.

DYN Genève became an entity in its own right. The Geneva team felt the same way as the Lausanne office – more space was needed! The team moved to new, more spacious premises in the same office block in Cornavin. DYN was now equipped with a solid organisational structure thanks to the creation of the DYN|GROUP, in anticipation of strong future growth.
The group had 28 employees by 2021.

The arrival of a new tax expert partner led to the creation of DYN TAX, a new entity of the DYN Group, designed to meet the most technical of taxation requirements.
Additional services were incorporated into DYN|GROUP to assist customers in their business management, such as DYN Audit, DYN Assurances... and many more!
The group had 35 employees by 2022.

A 360° solution was implemented for our business and individual customers as we welcomed DYN Assure into the fold. We can now offer our expertise across the board and support our customers with all their projects.
The opening of our new offices in Plan-les-Ouates, a new working space that our customers will love.
The group had 40 employees by 2023.
