Limited and ordinary audit of accounts
Limited and ordinary audits are legal obligations for companies that exceed certain thresholds. Our experts carry out these audits with precision and impartiality, while providing clear and educational support. The objective: to ensure that your annual financial statements faithfully reflect the economic situation of your company. Key services: Audit conducted in accordance with Swiss standards Analytical review and targeted verification of accounts Clear audit report compliant with legal requirements Assistance in the event of requests or inspections by authorities Advice on audit obligations and possible exemptions
Legal reminders: A limited audit is required if, on an annual average, the company employs more than 10 full-time equivalents (FTE).
Companies exceeding two of the following three criteria are subject to an ordinary audit: Balance sheet total exceeding CHF 20 million Annual turnover exceeding CHF 40 million Workforce exceeding 250 full-time positions Below these thresholds, companies may waive the limited audit with the consent of all shareholders.
